Return Policy – 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
